Overview

Our work is bound by the ethics and principals laid down by my membership and registration of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) & NCS.​

Your privacy is really important to me. Your contact details will only ever be used for appointments and sending agreed resources.  

I do not request any personal data from you outside of those needed to adhere to the requirements of professional bodies for supervision..  This means you can come for supervision and resolve private issues that sit within your practice and your privacy will be protected.

I do however hold basic notes which can be requested and supplied from your sessions as part of a subject dad access request.  If you decide to email a coded list of who you are seeing and the frequency I will hold this detail in case you apply for accreditation or require verification of client levels for a loss of earnings claim.  If you finish supervision this data will be held according to the GDPR recommendations unless otherwise specified.
